Self-funded Patients
Patients who are funding their own treatment are required to pay for their consultation on the day of their appointment. We accept payment by cash or card.

Payment for Insoles and Orthotics
Please note that most UK private health insurance policies do not cover the cost of insoles or orthotic devices. Payment is therefore required at the initial consultation.

Private Health Insurance Patients
If you are using private health insurance, please contact your insurer before your appointment to obtain authorisation for your consultation. We are able to invoice your healthcare provider directly, provided we receive your membership number and authorisation number before your appointment.

Outstanding Payments
If your healthcare provider declines payment for any reason, including policy excesses, exclusions, or insufficient cover, responsibility for the outstanding balance rests with the patient. Payment will be required within 15 days of notification.
