Covid Clinic Information
**IMPORTANT INFORMATION**
For your safety, please read the following instructions carefully regarding your podiatry consultation visit.

Please note your temperature will be taken on arrival and you will be asked you to wash/sanitise your hands.

Please do not wear gloves

Please wear a mask or face covering to your appointment (this doesn’t need to be medical grade) .

If you develop any Coronavirus symptoms after the time of booking your appointment or are in a house that is self isolating, please contact the secretary to reschedule your appointment. Please DO NOT come to the centre if you have any symptoms such as a persistent cough, high temperature or lost of taste/smell.

I will inform The Gait Lab if I develop symptoms of Covid-19 within 14 days an appointment and consent to this information being passed on to Local Authorities if needed.
For our part, we will allow 15 minutes between each patient to allow us to sanitise the room and will wear full PPE.
Healthcare Insurance
Please contact your insurance company prior to your visit to ask whether they will cover non-surgical podiatry. We can invoice them directly if you bring authorisation and membership numbers to your appointment. **Should you not bring these details with you we will invoice you directly for your consultation** Please note that should your insurance company not settle your account within 60 days we will ask you to settle payment personally and reclaim the costs from them directly.
Please note that fees not being invoiced to insurance companies will need to be paid on the day, we can take debit/credit card payments.
